Rosling spent 5-years alongside Ratan Tata as the first non-Indian on the Executive Board of Tata Sons, charged with the internationalisation of the $100bn group. He was behind the acquisitions of Jaguar Land Rover, Corus and The Pierre hotel. Earlier in his career, he served as Special Advisor to the British Prime Minister in the Policy Unit at Downing Street and was Chairman, India at Jardine Matheson Group. Rosling is currently Chairman of Kiran Energy, one of India’s fastest-growing private-equity-backed solar energy companies. Rosling is also the author of bestseller Boom Country: The New Wave of Indian Enterprise.
